Job Title
Research Assistant / Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and policy analysis.
- Support qualitative and quantitative research activities.
- Prepare analytical reports and research briefs.
- Provide program and project support.
- Collect, organize, and analyze research data.
- Assist with documentation and evidence generation for organizational programs.
Knowledge Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Good understanding of Nigeria’s democratic institutions.
- Familiarity with governance and public policy issues.
- Interest in democracy, elections, civic engagement, and development research.
Technical Skills
Candidates should possess:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with SPSS, STATA, or Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
- Good understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret research findings.
