A company in the compliance and regulatory space is currently looking for a detail-oriented KYC Analyst to join its remote team in Lagos.

Job Overview

In this role, you’ll work closely with Compliance Officers to review customer accounts, verify identities, and ensure all onboarding processes meet regulatory standards. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or candidates interested in compliance, AML, and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review new customer accounts and verify identities
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
• Maintain accurate KYC records and documentation
• Analyze customer information and flag compliance concerns
• Stay updated on AML and KYC regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams during onboarding and verification processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• 1–2 years of compliance experience is an advantage
• Legal background is a plus (not compulsory)
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Good communication and decision-making ability
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat
