Job Description
ChainGPT, ranked #1 in Web3 AI infrastructure, is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist / SDR to identify, qualify, and nurture high-potential prospects across the Web3 and AI ecosystem. This is a junior, fully remote role supporting our Business Development team.
What You’ll Do
- Research and qualify high-potential Web3, AI, and crypto projects
- Run outbound outreach via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and X
- Use CRM, AI automation, and enrichment tools to streamline prospecting
- Conduct discovery calls and pass qualified leads to BD
- Track pipeline activity and report on performance and market insights
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in lead generation or SDR roles (Web3/AI/crypto)
- Strong understanding of DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, wallets, and L1/L2 ecosystems
- Experience with CRM, outreach, and automation tools
