Lextorah Engineering Trainee Programme 2026

Lextorah is hiring Engineering Trainees to support technical operations and maintenance activities within an aviation-related environment.

The role involves working with engineering teams to ensure aircraft systems, maintenance processes, and operational standards are properly managed.

• Work with technicians to provide technical support and resolve operational issues
• Assist in handling incidents and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations
• Support air safety investigations and reporting
• Provide technical support across engineering functions
• Liaise with flight operations, maintenance control, QA, and engineering teams
• Support certifying engineers to maintain high fleet standards
• Participate in maintenance and operational support activities
• Continuously develop technical skills and stay updated with aviation technologies

Requirements

• Degree in any Engineering discipline
• NYSC certificate (completed)
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance, systems, and safety standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a technical and operational environment
