LinkedIn Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Job Description

Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $300–$350 per month, depending on experience
Application Deadline: 11 September 2026

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Lincredible consistently throughout your working day.
  • Keeping a close eye on our daily 40-person outreach sequence.
  • Identifying exactly when a lead moves from automated outreach to manual conversation.
  • Responding to prospects promptly, ideally on the same day.
  • Having natural, professional one-to-one conversations with prospects.
  • Understanding a prospect’s needs rather than simply sending scripted responses.
  • Identifying qualified leads and moving them toward a meeting.
  • Booking suitable prospects directly onto the CEO’s calendar.
  • Keeping accurate records of every lead and conversation.
  • Tracking lead stages such as connected, replied, in conversation, booked, and dead.
  • Following up when necessary so promising conversations don’t go cold.
  • Keeping Lincredible operating safely within LinkedIn’s connection and messaging limits.
  • Reporting weekly on response rates, meetings booked, conversion rates, and useful patterns or observations.

This is a role where small details matter. If a prospect has been waiting three days for a response, a status hasn’t been updated, or a promising conversation has been overlooked, that isn’t a small administrative mistake. It directly affects the results we’re trying to achieve.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is naturally steady, organised, observant, and reliable. You won’t be doing something completely different every hour. There is a repeatable process, and you’ll work through that process every day.

That means this role will suit you if you:

  • Enjoy structure and clearly defined processes.
  • Are comfortable doing repetitive work without becoming careless.
  • Notice small details other people might miss.
  • Keep accurate records without needing constant supervision.
  • Take deadlines and follow-ups seriously.
  • Can work independently and manage your own daily routine.
  • Are comfortable following rules and operating within defined limits.
  • Know when to follow a process and when to flag something that isn’t working.
  • Can write naturally and professionally in English.
  • Can have a warm, human conversation without sounding like a sales bot.

You don’t need to be the person who wants to run the sales strategy or close the deal.

In fact, if you’re happiest knowing exactly what your responsibility is and doing it exceptionally well, you’ll probably enjoy this role.

Essential Experience

You’ll need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least one year of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn as a professional or sales tool.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, connection outreach, and inbox management.
  • Experience with LinkedIn automation tools such as Lincredible, Expandi, Dux-Soup, Waalaxy, or similar.
  • Strong written English with excellent grammar and attention to tone.
  • Experience managing multiple conversations or leads simultaneously.
  • A basic understanding of B2B sales funnels.
  • The ability to distinguish between someone who has simply replied and someone who is actually a qualified prospect.
  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
  • A proven ability to work independently and consistently.

During the interview, we’ll also ask you for a real example of your attention to detail, perhaps a time you spotted an error that others missed or maintained an important process accurately over a long period without someone constantly checking your work.
