Loan Servicing Representative at Exeter Finance

Exeter Finance is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative to support recovery efforts on accounts 5–80 days delinquent while assisting customers with loan inquiries and payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers to collect overdue payments and arrange payment plans
• Answer questions regarding interest, due dates, and account status
• Document all interactions accurately in collection systems
• Monitor delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

• Ensure compliance with FDCPA and company guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in collections or customer service preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and collection software

• Ability to manage high-volume accounts and meet performance goals
