1. Office Administrator & HR Officer

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Qualification: B.A / B.Sc / HND
  • Location: Lagos, Nigeria
  • Salary Range: ₦500,000 – ₦800,000 per month

Job Description

The Office Administrator & HR Officer will oversee daily administrative activities, ensure operational efficiency, and provide HR support to enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily office operations and maintain administrative efficiency.
  • Manage employee records, attendance logs, and leave schedules.
  • Support recruitment activities — including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Draft and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Process payment requests, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Organize company meetings, training sessions, and staff events; record and share meeting minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory HR regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and prepare HR reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Sound understanding of HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws.
  • Proven ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential data responsibly.

2. Accountant

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Qualification: B.A / B.Sc / HND
  • Location: Lagos, Nigeria
  • Salary Range: ₦500,000 – ₦800,000 per month

Job Description

The Accountant will manage and oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting and finance operations.
  • Process bank transfers and payment transactions.
  • Manage cash advances and reconcile financial retirements.
  • Prepare and audit bank reconciliation statements for all accounts.
  • Maintain the non-current assets register, including depreciation and disposals.
  • Prepare financial statements—balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and management reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and adherence to internal controls.
  • Review purchase orders, invoices, and payment vouchers.
  • Monitor receivables aging and advise management on collection strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
  • Prepare special financial reports and analysis as required by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification (ACA) is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
