Job Description
This training is designed to provide talented and driven individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in management positions within our organization. Hydropet Oil Services Limited is seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Management Trainees.
Trainees will undergo a comprehensive training exercise that combines theoretical learning with practical, hands-on experience. The goal is to develop future leaders who understand the ins and outs of business operations and can contribute meaningfully to the company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured training programs designed to enhance your understanding of company operations, management, and business processes.
- Work closely with various departments to learn and contribute to daily activities and ongoing projects.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating business strategies to improve efficiency and growth.
- Support senior managers and team leaders in planning, coordination, and execution of tasks.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Learn company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures to ensure compliance across all activities.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in any field
- Candidate should be goal-oriented
- Candidate should be computer literate
- Candidate must be a resident of Port Harcourt
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
