Managing Editor at The Swiftest

The Swiftest runs leading comparison sites across Insurance, Pet, Travel, Home, Car, and Lifestyle. We’re hiring a Managing Editor to scale our editorial calendar, improve existing content, and manage writers and collaborators.

What you’ll do

• Lead content updates and new content development
• Scale and manage the editorial calendar
• Edit and improve high-traffic comparison content
• Manage writers (and occasionally coders)

• Oversee content in WordPress

What we’re looking for

• Exceptional writing and editing skills (must-have)
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Experience managing people and workflows
• Comfortable with Google Docs & Spreadsheets
• WordPress experience preferred
• Insurance or related niche knowledge is a plus

• Native English speaker

Details

• Salary: $75,000/year (with growth potential)
• Schedule: 5 days/week, overlap with Pacific Time afternoons
• Location: Fully remote
