Marketing Designer & Developer (UI/UX) at Filestage

Job Description

Filestage is on a mission to make work more joyful by helping teams streamline their review and approval process. With over half a million users and clients like LG, Havas, Emirates, and AB InBev, Filestage is growing fast and they’re looking for a Marketing Designer & Developer (UI/UX) to help elevate their marketing website into a true growth engine.

If you love the mix of design and front-end development and enjoy turning ideas into clean, conversion-focused digital experiences, this could be your perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Bring new website ideas to life by turning Figma designs into responsive WordPress components (Gutenberg).
  • Build and optimize landing pages, campaigns, and marketing assets that drive conversions.
  • Own the performance and technical health of filestage.io — ensuring fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and strong Core Web Vitals.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product-Led Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to execute cross-functional web initiatives.
  • Run A/B tests, CRO experiments, and ship improvements quickly.

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience as a hybrid UI/UX Designer + Frontend Developer (ideally B2B SaaS).
  • Strong UX mindset with a focus on clarity, action, and conversion.
  • Deep expertise in WordPress + Gutenberg, plus HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • A portfolio showcasing both design and build experience.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working fast.
  • Familiarity with SEO and performance optimization is a plus.

Life at Filestage

  • Fully remote across Europe
  • Flexible schedule + 38 days of holiday
  • Annual company retreat
  • €1,500 hardware budget + €500 home-office budget
  • Learning & development budget after 6 months
  • Strong, supportive culture with minimal meetings

If you want to help shape a high-impact marketing website while working with a friendly remote team, Filestage would love to hear from you.
