Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to design and execute strategies that grow GlitchD’s brand, promote our products, and drive adoption. You’ll work across content, digital, and community channels while building strong connections in the Base and wider crypto ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for GlitchD and its products.
• Lead campaigns across social media, content, and events to boost engagement and adoption.
• Create compelling content (blogs, posts, videos, marketing materials).
• Strengthen brand awareness and consistency across all channels.
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and refine strategies.
• Collaborate with external agencies and advisors to maximize impact.

What We Expect

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of Web3 or Base ecosystem experience.
• Startup or fast-paced environment background.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven community engagement and PR experience (active Twitter/social presence).
• Network within Base and wider crypto communities.
• Independent, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital advertising, CRM tools, or platforms like Asana, Notion, Figma.

• Global team collaboration skills.
