Efiko Learning is an emerging global educational platform dedicated to providing high-quality online tutoring to students. The organization is currently seeking a qualified Mathematics Tutor to deliver engaging virtual lessons and help students build confidence in math.

About the Role

The Mathematics Tutor will teach students aged 5–18 in one-on-one or small-group virtual classes. You will simplify complex math concepts, guide problem-solving, and create an interactive learning environment that supports academic growth. This is a contract role, with payment based on the number of teaching hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging Mathematics lessons covering arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and trigonometry
  • Break down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps
  • Assess student progress through assignments and quizzes
  • Provide feedback to parents on student performance
  • Use digital tools and interactive teaching methods

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years teaching or tutoring experience
  • Strong knowledge of core Mathematics concepts
  • Experience teaching children and teenagers
  • Good communication skills and patience
  • Reliable internet connection for virtual teaching
