MIM Finance Company Limited (t/a Money in Minutes or MIM) is a UK originated FinTech start-up in the process of launching its exciting products in Nigeria.

MIM’s aim is to provide straightforward and instant finance to consumers in a bid to help solve the current access to finance problems in Africa.

MIM’s products would also make it possible for low and middle-class earners to acquire white goods and solar energy generating equipment in a bid to resolving the electricity challenge engulfing the continent.

Description of the Money in Minutes is Hiring Marketing & Design Assistants, NYSC

This is a full-time, Hybrid NYSC role for Marketing / Design Assistants based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Marketing Assistants will handle day-to-day tasks such as:

• Strategy & Marketing Support
• Graphic & Brand Designer Support
• Social Media Management
• Content Marketing

Additional responsibilities include preparing marketing materials, coordinating marketing efforts and evaluating campaign performance to improve engagement and outreach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience in Market Research to analyze current trends and gather valuable insights.
• Skills in Design & Marketing to assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies and objectives
• A high level of organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design & content creation tools and basic marketing platforms is a plus.
