Contra; an independent-first community and commission-free hiring platform is teaming up with leading AI labs to shape the future of creative tools. These companies rely on expert creators (not just general feedback) to refine the next generation of AI models. That’s where you come in.
We’re inviting skilled Motion Artists / Animators to join an early cohort of “tastemakers” who will test new AI capabilities, give professional feedback, and influence the creative tools the world will use tomorrow. Projects typically pay $75–$150/hour and range from one week to several months.
As part of this initial test project, you’ll participate in Contra’s Creative Arena, completing short “tournaments” by choosing your favorite outputs from top AI models.
