About the Role

• Create high-quality animations, motion graphics, and micro-interactions for digital products.
• Bring financial products and user experiences to life through engaging visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketers to build intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
• Contribute to Moniepoint’s design system and motion design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype motion interactions for web and mobile applications.
• Create engaging animations for onboarding experiences, product features, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain motion design guidelines for consistency across products.
• Produce high-fidelity animations using tools such as After Effects, Figma, Framer, and Principle.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of animations.
• Improve designs based on user feedback, testing results, and performance insights.
• Stay updated on motion design trends, fintech innovations, and interaction best practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience creating motion graphics, UI animations, and micro-interactions.
• Proficiency with:
• Adobe After Effects
• Figma
• Framer
• Principle
• Lottie
• Rive
• CSS Animations
• Solid understanding of animation timing, easing, and motion physics.
• Experience working within design systems and scalable design frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, illustrators, and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and motion design workflows.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles in motion design.
• Ability to balance creativity, performance, and usability.
