MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is a mission-driven social enterprise that leverages modern management and marketing practices to deliver high-quality reproductive healthcare and related services.
Our core objective is to expand access to essential health services for underserved Nigerians, ultimately improving health outcomes nationwide.
As part of the Marie Stopes International Global Partnership, which operates in over 37 countries, MSI Nigeria delivers services through six service delivery channels across the country.
We are currently inviting applications from qualified candidates to join our team as a Centre Marketer.
Role Objectives
The Centre Marketer plays a key role in driving the growth and visibility of MSI Nigeria’s clinic services. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to boost patient engagement and service uptake.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the clinic’s reach.
- Analyzing market and competitor activities to recommend innovative strategies for maintaining a competitive edge.
- Promoting clinic services to target audiences through persuasive communication and lead-generation initiatives.
- Monitoring performance, preparing reports, and ensuring alignment with both short- and long-term business development goals.
- Collaborating closely with management to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
This role requires energy, creativity, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business and marketing plans to expand clinic services.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis; recommend strategies to increase market share.
- Drive patient acquisition, lead generation, and clinic growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance to meet targets.
- Prepare business documents, reports, and proposals to support ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in field marketing (preferably in a healthcare setting such as hospitals or diagnostic centers).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM/Salesforce experience is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, lead generation, and prospect management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Persuasive, energetic, and results-oriented with proven sales success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
