At Remoteli, we’re looking for a talented Virtual Assistant who can bring creativity, precision, and strategic insight to our LinkedIn campaigns — someone who knows how to make every post, comment, and message count.

You’ll help shape our brand’s online voice, manage our growing community, and keep the conversation going with authenticity and flair.

If you’re proactive, organized, and passionate about social engagement, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts based on the author’s ideas and content drafts.
  • Manage daily LinkedIn messages — reply promptly, nurture conversations, and schedule meetings via Google Calendar.
  • Engage with followers and professionals by responding to comments and building meaningful connections.
  • Transform LinkedIn content into short blog posts and publish them on the author’s website.
  • Assist with biweekly email newsletters and manage new subscriber sign-ups.
  • Track and report weekly engagement metrics, follower growth, and campaign performance.

Who You Are:

  • A creative communicator with excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy and confident managing multiple digital tools and platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage your time effectively.
  • Passionate about storytelling, community building, and digital engagement.
