Role Description
- The Admin Intern supports the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organization.
- The admin intern will support with maintaining records, managing correspondence, supporting HR and administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Job Details of the NYSC Administrative Intern at Norrenberger Financial Group
- Provide general administrative support to the team and ensure smooth office operations
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, dispatch, courier coordination)
- Support HR functions such as staff documentation, filing, and updating employee records
- Support inventory/store management and proper record-keeping of items
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments when required
- Support facility management tasks and ensure the office environment is well-maintained
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum of Second-Class Upper from an accredited university
- B.Sc. in a numerical/quantitative course
- Currently Serving (NYSC Batch A, 2026)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
