Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote the company’s products and services to clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and follow up on potential customers.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Support sales and marketing activities to achieve company targets.
Requirements
- Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member in Abuja seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer service tools is an advantage
