Polygon Labs, the team behind some of the most widely used blockchain scaling protocols is expanding, and they’re looking for a sharp, data-driven On-Chain Liquidity Analyst to help shape the future of liquidity across the Polygon ecosystem.
Polygon Labs builds the Agglayer, a network of aggregated blockchains secured by Ethereum, plus tools like the Agglayer CDK, Polygon PoS, and Katana all powering scalable, production-ready blockchain infrastructure. Now they’re adding a hands-on liquidity expert to manage and deploy capital across DeFi, optimize yields, and ensure the ecosystem stays liquid and ready for growth.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll blend treasury analysis with real execution on-chain. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing liquidity across lending markets, DEXs, and perpetual venues
- Running active liquidity strategies and automated rebalancing
- Deploying capital into DeFi, yield strategies, and cross-chain opportunities
- Managing FX exposure, stablecoin flows, and multi-asset hedging
- Working with Engineering on solver systems, routing optimizations, and MEV-safe strategies
- Building dashboards, performance reports, and forecasting models

Ensuring risk controls, governance standards, and contingency plans are always in place
You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Growth, Payments, and Business Operations all while keeping Polygon Lab’s on-chain balance sheet efficient, diversified, and scalable.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in treasury, FX, DeFi liquidity management, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, and stablecoin mechanics
- Hands-on experience with multi-currency or cross-chain liquidity management
- Analytical strength, familiarity with Dune, Nansen, DeBank, Flipside, Sheets/Excel
- Knowledge of smart contract behavior and on-chain data
Bonus points if you’ve worked in crypto-native treasury, hedging, market-making, or DeFi yield strategies.
