Job Summary
You’ll teach students one-on-one or in small groups, helping them understand key concepts while building confidence and academic performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and structured online lessons
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Use digital tools (slides, whiteboards, videos) effectively
- Maintain a professional and distraction-free teaching setup
- Communicate progress with parents when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Education or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Reliable laptop, stable internet, and headset
- Quiet and professional teaching environment
Nice to Have
- Teaching certifications
- Experience with international curricula (British, Canadian, etc.)
