Description
- We are expanding our recruitment capacity and looking to partner with experienced recruiters to support multiple recruitment projects across various industries & locations (Nigeria & Africa)
- If you are passionate about talent acquisition, have a proven ability to source quality candidates, and enjoy working independently while delivering results, we would love to hear from you
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
- Screen and interview candidates against job requirements.
- Prepare and submit high-quality candidate shortlists.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely progress updates on assigned vacancies.
- Meet agreed recruitment timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
