Job Description
Alan & Grant, on behalf of a leading FMCG client, is hiring Open Market Trade Executives to drive sales, expand distribution, and enhance product visibility across trade channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of trade/field sales representatives to achieve set targets.
- Develop and implement trade strategies to expand market share and improve product visibility.
- Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and order fulfillment across distributors and retail outlets.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and field activities.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in trade supervision or a similar role.
- Experience in the Beverage & Food Category is preferred.
