Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve operational workflows for lending and customer onboarding
  • Perform data reconciliation and maintain accurate reporting systems
  • Prepare weekly and monthly investor reports on lending performance
  • Support daily lending operations, repayments, and compliance processes
  • Help manage operational tools and internal systems
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Account Management teams to improve processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in operations, business analysis, or data analysis
  • Experience in fintech or financial services is highly preferred
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and process documentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Passion for fintech and supporting small businesses
