Operations Coordinator at Blockworks

Blockworks is hiring an Operations Coordinator to keep our podcast team running smoothly. You’ll manage scheduling, timelines, communication, and day-to-day operations that ensure shows ship on time and teams stay aligned.

What you’ll do

• Own podcast scheduling, calendars, and guest logistics across time zones
• Maintain production timelines, trackers, and reporting dashboards
• Coordinate communication with guests, partners, sponsors, and internal teams
• Support in-person recordings, sponsor deliverables, and office operations
• Keep systems, tools, and documentation organized and efficient

What we’re looking for

• Experience in operations or coordination with fast turnarounds
• Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills
• Comfort managing busy calendars and cross-team workflows

Nice to have

• Media, crypto, tech, or finance experience

• Familiarity with podcast or ops tools (Airtable, Megaphone, YouTube Studio, Descript)
