As an Online Order Support VA, you’ll serve as the bridge between customers and top e-commerce brands. Your role will focus on assisting customers with orders, answering product inquiries, recovering abandoned carts, and identifying opportunities to increase sales through personalized support.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Sales
- Assist customers via chat, email, phone, and SMS
- Respond to product inquiries and order-related questions
- Deliver a personalized, concierge-level customer experience
Revenue Growth
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling opportunities
- Support abandoned cart recovery campaigns
- Assist with subscription renewals, winbacks, and customer retention efforts
Order Management
- Help customers track orders
- Handle returns, exchanges, and cancellations while seeking opportunities to retain sales
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction histories
Team Collaboration
- Share customer insights and trends with internal teams
- Contribute ideas that improve customer experience and conversion rates
- Support process improvements that drive business growth
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- At least 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience
- Previous e-commerce experience is required
- Experience with:
- Upselling and cross-selling
- Abandoned cart recovery
- Subscription support and winbacks
- Post-purchase customer support
- Product bundling strategies
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
