Job Description

About The Entry-Level Sales Officer Role
The Entry-Level Sales Officer role is a field-based and on-site sales position. Rather than working entirely from an office or remotely, successful applicants will engage potential customers within assigned markets, shops, business areas and other locations where prospective loan customers operate.
The role centres on customer acquisition for PalmPay’s loan products. Sales Officers will identify people who may require financial support, explain the available products and their benefits clearly, and guide interested customers through the application and onboarding process.
Previous work experience is not required. PalmPay will provide training, making the role suitable for people beginning their careers in sales, business development, customer acquisition or fintech. However, applicants must be comfortable with the practical demands of daily field work and direct customer engagement.

Responsibilities
