Job Details:

• We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic English Literature Teacher to deliver engaging online lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
• As an English Literature Teacher at Mind Smith Online School, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a love for literature in your students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and teach English Literature curricula for students of diverse ages and skill levels
• Create engaging, interactive online lessons that promote critical thinking and literary analysis
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum enhancements
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to facilitate online instruction and communication
• Foster a supportive, inclusive online learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English Literature, Education, or a related field
• 1 – 3 years proven experience teaching English Literature, preferably in an online setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles, ages, and skill levels
• Strong knowledge of literary theories, criticism, and pedagogy
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms, tools, and technologies
• Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to online teaching excellence.
