Job Description

Moniepoint Incorporated is currently hiring a People Experience Officer, people Helpdesk to join its remote team.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in HR support, customer service, or employee experience who enjoy helping people and creating smooth support systems within fast-paced organizations.

About the Role

As a People Experience Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees needing support on HR and People-related matters.

You’ll work closely with teams across Payroll, HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle, and HRIS to ensure employees receive accurate, timely, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee queries through the helpdesk system
  • Route complex issues to the appropriate HR teams
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of company policies and processes
  • Update FAQs, templates, and response scripts
  • Track helpdesk interactions for reporting and analysis
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
  • Support new employees during onboarding
  • Maintain knowledge base and self-service resources
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal standards
  • Provide administrative support during peak periods

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in HR support, customer service, or People Experience roles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with helpdesk systems and HR platforms
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle stages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fast-paced or multi-country organizations
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools and digital service platforms
  • Interest in People Experience and process improvement
