We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Personal Assistant who’s eager to learn and grow in the world of content creation.
This role combines day-to-day personal and administrative support with hands-on videography and editing work.
No prior professional experience is required — just a great attitude, willingness to learn, and creativity.
You’ll receive full training on videography, editing, and workflow management. If you’re someone who loves being organized, enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and wants to build creative skills, this is a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant duties:
- Help manage daily schedules, errands, and tasks
- Assist with planning meetings, travel, and logistics
- Handle basic admin tasks and communications
Videography & Editing duties:
- Assist with filming and content creation (social media, events, etc.)
- Edit short-form and long-form video content using basic editing software (training provided)
- Organize footage, upload files, and maintain content libraries
- Support creative brainstorming and idea development
Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
- Eager to learn and take initiative
- Comfortable with cameras, social media, and creative tools (or excited to learn)
- Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license (if errands or travel are required)
Requirements
- No formal experience required (training will be provided)
- Basic tech literacy (using a phone, computer, email, etc.)
- Flexible availability — occasional weekends or travel may be required
