Phone Support at MGP

MGP, an AI-powered company operating across roofing, mortgages, property management, and online services, is hiring a Remote Phone Support & Business Development Partner in Lagos. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, organized, and experienced in sales or customer support.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
• Follow up with warm leads and move them through the sales pipeline
• Schedule appointments and support customer communication
• Track leads, tasks, and routes using CRM tools and Google Sheets
• Use AI tools to draft follow-ups, summarize notes, and improve workflows
• Work closely with the team to meet sales and revenue targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, telesales, or business development
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email
• Stable internet connection and backup power supply
• Must be based in Nigeria (Lagos or Abuja preferred)

Salary & Benefits

• ₦200,000 monthly during probation
• ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly after probation
• ₦15,900 commission per closed deal
• Paid vacation, premium learning platforms, streaming subscriptions, and work tools provided
