Polaris Bank Limited is currently recruiting experienced technology professionals across Backend Engineering, Full-Stack Development, and DevOps Operations.
The bank is seeking highly skilled developers and infrastructure engineers to build, manage, and optimize secure, scalable, and high-performing digital banking platforms and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
- Build secure, responsive, and efficient web and application solutions
- Manage databases, servers, and cloud infrastructure environments
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, security, and product teams
- Ensure application security, scalability, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience in backend and frontend software development
- Proficiency in technologies such as Python, Java, Node.js, PHP, .NET, or C#
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Hands-on knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
