What You’ll Do

As a Product Analyst, you will analyze product and payment data, identify performance trends, and help teams make smarter business decisions. Your insights will support product growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze product performance and payment funnel metrics
  • Identify unusual changes in key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Generate insights and propose data-driven improvements
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams
  • Support business planning and forecasting

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or product analytics
  • Strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills
  • Good understanding of statistics and data analysis
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to different teams
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with tools like Tableau, BigQuery, or AWS Athena
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)
