Product Design Assistant at TalentPop App

If you’re passionate about creating beautiful, user-friendly digital experiences and want to grow your career in product design, TalentPop App is hiring a Product Design Assistant to join its fully remote team.

This role is ideal for creative individuals with a strong eye for design, an interest in UI/UX, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging digital products. You’ll work alongside experienced designers, product managers, marketers, and developers to create intuitive web and mobile experiences while contributing to visual and video content that enhances the user journey.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Design Assistant, you’ll help bring digital products to life by:

• Creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Supporting senior designers by refining interfaces based on user feedback, brand guidelines, and usability best practices.
• Designing visual assets and simple motion graphics or short videos for product pages, tutorials, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across web and mobile platforms.
• Maintaining design systems and component libraries for a streamlined workflow.
• Researching competitors and contributing creative ideas that improve user experience and increase engagement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field (internships and freelance projects are welcome).
• A portfolio that demonstrates your digital design skills. Experience with app interfaces, dashboards, e-commerce designs, or motion graphics is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• A strong understanding of visual design principles and a user-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative remote environment.

Technical Requirements

Applicants should have:

• A reliable DSL, cable, or fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download.
• A personal laptop or desktop computer with at least an Intel Core i5 processor (or equivalent).
