Product Designer (UI/UX) at LeanSugar

Are you a creative Product Designer who enjoys turning ideas into simple, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences? LeanSugar is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our remote team and play an important role in shaping the visual experience of our digital product.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our application.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and consistent visual standards.
• Apply user-centred design principles when solving product problems.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Create graphics and visual assets for the product when needed.
• Review existing designs and make improvements based on user feedback and product requirements.
• Support other graphic design projects as they arise.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of their work.

You should have:

• Proven experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing mobile and digital product designs.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• A good understanding of UX principles and design systems.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Strong visual design, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

What You’ll Get

• Salary: ₦350,000 monthly
