Job Overview

The successful candidate will support the design, improvement, testing, and quality assurance of Tongston’s digital platforms, including T-World, company websites, client websites, and selected third-party software.

This role goes beyond traditional UI/UX design by combining user research, product improvement, documentation, quality assurance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. It also offers a structured pathway into product management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Designer, you will:

• Collaborate with product, technology, education, research, operations, and media teams.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and feedback analysis.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, site maps, and interface designs.
• Improve the user experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and product documentation.
• Support product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature development.
• Create user guides, walkthroughs, and onboarding materials where necessary.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• A qualification in Product Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design or digital product support.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Good understanding of SEO and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to write clear interface copy and user guidance.
• Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Git version control.

Additional knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS), Adobe Creative Suite, GIMP, Photoshop, analytics tools, APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms will be an added advantage.
