Key Responsibilities

• POS Officers: Manage point-of-sale transactions and provide operational support to merchants.
• Key Account Business Development (KA-BD) & Merchant Management Business Development (MM-BD): Identify, acquire, onboard, and manage merchant and key account relationships to drive business growth.
• Market Officers: Execute field marketing activities, promote products and services, and increase market penetration within assigned territories.
• Customer Support & Merchant Support Officers: Respond to customer and merchant inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and deliver exceptional service experiences.
• Direct Sales Managers (DSM): Lead and supervise field sales teams, drive sales performance, and ensure business targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of SSCE, OND, HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
