General Requirements & Eligibility
The Providus Bank Executive Trainee program is open to candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) from a recognized university or polytechnic.
- Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 26 years as of their last birthday in the current year.
- National Youth Service Corps (NYSC): Completion of the NYSC program is mandatory.
- Location: While some positions may be based in Ekiti, candidates should be prepared for potential deployment to other locations, including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Akure.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required.

Qualified candidates will be required to successfully complete the following stages of the recruitment process:
