Job Description

SOFTSWISS, a global leader in iGaming software solutions, is expanding its team and looking for a QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of its online casino and sportsbook products.

About the Role

As a QA Engineer, you’ll test new product features, monitor logs, maintain test documentation, and collaborate with multiple teams to guarantee a seamless user experience. Your keen eye for detail and solid understanding of testing methodologies will help uphold the company’s high standards for performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test new features across production and QA environments.
  • Perform functional and non-functional testing.
  • Monitor logs and analyze automation reports.
  • Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, specs, bug reports).
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in manual QA, preferably with web projects.
  • Proficiency in UI testing, API testing, and Figma.
  • Knowledge of software testing techniques and tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • English (Intermediate+) and fluency in Russian.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with logs, Git, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience setting up testing processes.
