Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in Arabic.
• Providing accurate information to prospective customers and helping them identify suitable health plans.
• Escalating unresolved customer issues to the appropriate teams and following up until they are resolved.
• Recording and updating customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions accurately on the company’s internal communication system.
• Engaging Arabic-speaking inbound prospects and supporting customer acquisition efforts.
• Encouraging prospective customers to purchase health insurance plans or use relevant Reliance Health services.
• Maintaining a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach when interacting with customers.

Requirements

To be considered for the position, applicants should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
• Completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption letter.
• Strong Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with numerical information.
• Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• The ability to work shifts, including weekends.
• A goal-oriented and adaptable personality, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A medical background, such as Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy, or Microbiology, is an added advantage.
