Lemonade Finance (YC S21) is building a neobank for immigrants in North America & Europe.
We provide our users with multi-currency accounts that allow them to hold, send, and receive money from Africa in any currency for their business and personal banking needs.

The team you’ll be joining and the impact you’ll have
- You’ll be joining the Creative & Product Design team, reporting to Head of Design working alongside Product Designers, Motion Designers, and fellow Brand Designers to shape how LemFi looks, feels, and communicates across every touchpoint.
- LemFi’s brand is growing as fast as our product.
- You’ll play a direct role in shaping visual identity and creative output across campaigns, product marketing, social, partnerships, and beyond — this isn’t a “template factory” role, it’s one where your creative instincts will genuinely steer what millions of users see.
- You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams turning strategy and briefs into visual work that cuts through in competitive markets across the UK, Europe, North America, and Africa.
- Our brand needs to resonate with immigrant communities across the globe while feeling modern, trustworthy, and unmistakably LemFi.
- You’ll help define what that looks like as we scale into new markets and product lines.
What you’ll be doing from day one
- Owning the creation of brand and marketing assets end-to-end from concept through to delivery across digital, social, print, and product marketing.
- Maintaining and evolving LemFi’s visual identity ensuring consistency across all channels while pushing the brand forward creatively.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing on campaign creative, paid media assets, social content, partnership collateral, and event materials.
- Working with Product Designers to ensure brand coherence between marketing-facing and in-app experiences.
- Contributing to the design system and brand guidelines keeping visual standards documented, accessible, and up to date.
- Using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva to produce high-quality work at pace — you’ll be expected to move fast without sacrificing craft.

- Brand-obsessed you understand that every pixel is a brand decision and you sweat the details that most people don’t notice.
- Self-starting and low-maintenance you take a brief, ask smart questions, and come back with work that’s ready, not work that needs hand-holding.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, async-first environment you communicate clearly, share work early, take feedback directly, and iterate quickly.
- Curious about the audiences LemFi serves you’re interested in understanding immigrant communities and what resonates visually across different cultures and markets.
What you’ll bring
- 2–5 years of experience in brand design, visual design, or a closely related creative role ideally at a tech company, startup, or agency with a consumer brand focus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, campaign creative, social/digital assets, and multi-channel visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma Canva and motion/animation skills are a plus.
- Experience maintaining and evolving brand guidelines and visual systems.
- Strong typography, layout, and colour instincts you have an eye for what works and can articulate why.
- The ability to work independently, manage your own time across multiple briefs, and deliver consistently without close supervision.
