Position: Email Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

As part of our digital marketing unit, you’ll take ownership of our email marketing strategy and execution, helping us connect with our audience, nurture leads, and drive business growth through clean, conversion-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Manage our Klaviyo email marketing platform, including flows, segments, and campaigns.
• Plan, design, and schedule weekly email campaigns in line with our content and promotional calendar.
• Craft compelling subject lines, engaging copy, and strong calls-to-action (CTAs) that align with our brand voice.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, design elements, and content blocks to optimize performance.
• Build and maintain automated email flows, such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics — including open rates, click-through rates, and revenue per email — to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure email campaigns support product launches and special promotions.
• Repurpose existing social media and blog content into email-friendly formats with a clean, family-friendly tone.
• Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Job Requirements

• A B.Sc, HND, or B.A in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Proven experience in creating and managing successful sales and engagement-driven email campaigns.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo (or similar platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot) is an added advantage.
• Excellent copywriting skills — able to write clear, persuasive, and on-brand content.
• Good understanding of eCommerce funnels, customer retention, and user engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and hit performance targets.
• Bonus Skills: Experience working with beauty or lifestyle brands and proficiency in Canva or other design tools.
