Remote Excel Analyst

A client working with a global leader in the Information Services industry is looking for a skilled Excel Analyst/Data Analyst to join its team on a remote contract basis.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Excel Analyst, your main responsibility will be to organize, analyze, and present data in a way that helps teams make better decisions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Collecting and organizing data from multiple sources into structured Excel reports.
• Cleaning and validating datasets to ensure information is accurate and consistent.
• Using Excel formulas and advanced functions to analyze data.
• Building pivot tables, charts, and dashboards to communicate important metrics.
• Identifying trends, patterns, and insights within datasets.
• Working with different teams to understand their data requirements.
• Turning analysis into clear and actionable business insights.
• Ensuring reports are accurate and delivered on time.

Who They’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets.

You should have:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
• Experience using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• The ability to clean, transform, and validate large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
• The ability to communicate effectively and work with cross-functional teams.
