Job Summary

The Partnership Officer will lead the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships that expand Lead For Good Africa’s reach and impact.

The ideal candidate is a confident, strategic, and relationship-driven professional who can transform partnerships into measurable outcomes that support the organization’s mission and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential partners across corporate, government, development, and civil society sectors.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Coordinate partnership agreements, Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), and other collaboration documents.
• Identify funding opportunities and support grant writing, sponsorship acquisition, and resource mobilization efforts.
• Track partnership performance and prepare reports on stakeholder engagement and collaboration outcomes.
• Represent the organization during partnership meetings, networking events, and strategic engagements.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in partnership development, business development, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, or a similar role is an added advantage.
• Passion for social impact, leadership development, and community transformation.
