Hue Media Social Media Manager (Remote, Part-Time, Contract)
Hue is currently hiring a Social Media Manager to help grow the digital presence of its founder, Fahad Khawaja, and the broader Hue brand across multiple platforms.
Hue is a community-powered media company operating at the intersection of culture, commerce, and community.
The company brings together entrepreneurs, marketing leaders, operators, media professionals, and innovators from Fortune 500 companies, technology startups, advertising agencies, and other leading organizations.
This role will focus primarily on growing the personal brand channels of Fahad Khawaja while supporting the reach and visibility of Hue’s media properties, including the In Community with Fahad Khawaja podcast, the Wellth editorial brand, and live events.
About the Role
Hue is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can take existing content and transform it into engaging social media assets that drive audience growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for repurposing content, managing content distribution, analyzing performance, and driving follower and subscriber growth across platforms.
This is a role for someone who can work independently, execute consistently, and use performance data to inform content decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Repurpose newsletter and editorial content into social media posts, carousels, and short-form content.
- Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Clip, caption, and format podcast and video content for social distribution.
- Build and maintain a fully scheduled content calendar.
- Create graphics, carousels, and visual assets required for publication.
- Monitor platform analytics and identify high-performing content themes and formats.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve content performance.
- Support content ideation based on audience engagement and performance insights.
- Focus on growing followers, subscribers, and audience engagement across channels.
- Continuously monitor results and optimize content strategies.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- 2–4 years of social media management experience.
- Experience supporting a personal brand, creator, media company, or similar organization.
- Demonstrated success in growing social media audiences.
- Strong understanding of YouTube and audience growth strategies.
- Ability to clip, optimize, and distribute video content.
- Strong design skills and proficiency with Adobe Express or similar design tools.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn content and audience engagement.
- Experience incorporating AI tools into content workflows.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage content calendars effectively.
- Experience using social media scheduling tools.
Preferred Qualifications
