Remote Virtual Assistant / Cold Caller

The REI Group, a real estate investment startup headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia, is looking for energetic and determined Virtual Assistants / Cold Callers to join its growing team. This is a remote independent contractor position focused on outbound calling and lead generation. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, can handle rejection professionally, and is motivated by the opportunity to earn based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to property owners.
• Introduce the company and clearly explain its value proposition.
• Build rapport and have professional conversations with potential sellers.
• Identify and qualify interested property owners.
• Generate leads and schedule initial property assessments.
• Handle objections confidently while remaining polite and professional.
• Record calls, conversations, and lead information accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date customer database.
• Meet daily call-volume and lead-generation targets.
• Represent The REI Group professionally in every interaction.

What You’ll Need

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or lead generation is a strong advantage, but the most important qualities are confidence, persistence, and strong communication.

You should have:

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to confidently handle objections.
• A proactive and results-focused attitude.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to make consistent outbound calls.

Compensation & Benefits

This position is 100% commission-based, with reported earning potential of approximately $1,000–$65,000 per year, plus commission, depending on performance and successful contracts generated.
