• Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year

• Travel: Occasional travel to Northern Nigeria (about once per year)

Are you passionate about research, data, and improving public health outcomes? New Incentives is hiring a Research and Learning Associate to support evidence-based programs that promote child immunization and health interventions. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in research, impact evaluation, or data analysis who want to contribute to meaningful social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of research and impact evaluations
• Assist with survey development, testing, and data collection processes
• Review and validate research data to ensure quality and accuracy
• Conduct literature reviews and analyze findings to guide program decisions
• Coordinate with research partners and internal teams
• Prepare reports and communicate research insights clearly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• At least 2 years of experience in research, impact evaluation, or related work
• Strong understanding of research methods such as randomized controlled trials (RCTs)
• Experience with digital data collection tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong interest in public health or social impact programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on research or evaluation projects in NGOs or consulting organizations
• Familiarity with survey design, sampling, or data analysis methods
• Experience working in Nigeria or sub-Saharan Africa
• Knowledge of global health or immunization programs
