Job Description
Rivers State University Teaching Hospital (RSUTH), formerly known as Braithwaite Memorial Specialist Hospital (BMSH), is a government-owned tertiary healthcare institution. The hospital is named after Eldred Curwen Braithwaite, a British medical doctor and pioneer of surgery. It is located in Old GRA, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and is managed by the Rivers State Hospital Management Board.
Established in March 1925 as the Braithwaite Memorial Hospital, the institution initially served as a medical facility for senior civil servants. It later evolved into a General Hospital and has since attained the status of a Specialist Health Institution.
In 2018, it was upgraded and renamed to serve as a Teaching Hospital following the establishment of the College of Medical Sciences at the Rivers State University.

Eligibility & Requirements
Applicants must possess a recognized university degree in the relevant field and a valid temporary or practicing license issued by the appropriate professional regulatory council.
