About the Role

In this role, you’ll manage the company’s data supply chain by sourcing, verifying, integrating, and distributing large-scale datasets for BPO operations and client solutions. This is more than just handling spreadsheets; you’ll help turn data into a valuable business asset while ensuring full compliance with global data regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, clean, verify, and aggregate large datasets from multiple platforms
• Manage the buying, selling, and distribution of datasets to clients
• Build relationships with global data vendors and negotiate contracts
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy standards
• Oversee integration of third-party data feeds into SaaS systems and CRMs
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to align data strategies with business goals
• Monitor data quality and maintain high standards of accuracy and integrity

Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Strong analytical and data validation skills
• Knowledge of global data privacy and compliance regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Experience working with CRM systems and structured databases
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
