Mibble Technologies Limited is hiring a SaaS Lifecycle & Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of its end-to-end email marketing ecosystem and customer lifecycle strategy. If you understand automation, user engagement, email deliverability, and SaaS growth metrics, this could be a great remote opportunity.
About the Role
This role goes beyond sending newsletters. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing the full customer journey; from onboarding and activation to retention and renewal. The goal is simple: reduce churn, improve engagement, and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through personalized automation and smart lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create onboarding, retention, and lifecycle email sequences
- Build behavior-triggered automation workflows for users
- Segment audiences based on engagement, subscriptions, and user activity
- Manage email deliverability, domain reputation, and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Monitor and improve trial-to-paid conversion rates and user engagement
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, layouts, timing, and CTAs
- Maintain clean databases and monitor feedback loops to avoid blacklisting
- Analyze CRM and Google Analytics data to improve performance
Requirements

- Strong SaaS copywriting and email strategy skills
- Experience designing complex automation workflows
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for responsive email templates
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing
- Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns using analytics
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
